Coffee cupping classes at Beacon Coffee Roasters
We took a class at Beacon Coffee Roasters last Saturday on different types of brewing methods using the Panama Gesha beans. Started with French Press then Pour over , Siphon & Espresso. My favorite was the french press with the siphon a close second. The french press brought out the body and less brightness of the bean where the siphon brought out a pure tasting of the full spectrum. They have classes available on Saturdays and are announced on their Facebook page.

Have a heart.
